Further, the system has a scope for customization according to client specific needs. It can provide remote control features.

From Operational Control to Financial control you get to Govern and control your business in the most operationally and financial effective and efficient way.

There is practically no limit on how many fleet you can manage with FMS. No matter how big you are, you can work as if ever thing is at arm’s length.

FMS Workflow Automation

Applying technology to workflow is about streamlining and automating processes. Mobile workflow applications extend the capability to do pen and paper tasks via a smartphone, tablet or rugged device. Workflow technology automates to a rather high degree the tasks of trip generation, loading cargo verification via scanning, trip update, operational completion inclusive of ex-van sales, electronic customer signature capture.
The data collected in the background can come from a variety of places: GPS data (location and geo-fencing alerts), engine and vehicle sensors including cargo sensors, flow meters (on tank trucks for instance) and other sensors can then be integrated with back office information such as dispatch, pickup information (including number of pieces, weight, etc.).
Further, workflow applications support/define the fleet maintenance activities of work identification, authorization/prioritization, preventive maintenance and repair services scheduling, work assignment, spare parts management, fault codes, breakdowns, recalls, etc.; can calculate fleet key measurements of reliability, down time and support repair root-cause analysis, etc.
Our FMS automated workflows is a framework for improving visibility and decision-making while measuring outcomes against clear targets (KPIs).

FMS Goals & KPIs

Determining total expenses within a given period is only part of the picture. Maintaining life-to-date vehicle expenses and understanding how expenses change is necessary to determine a vehicle replacement strategy that drives down expenses over time.
Yet tracking vehicle expenses is only one half of the ledger.
The other half is KPI management. Every transaction, whether it is a maintenance or fuel event, needs oversight and often approval from your staff to determine if the expense is appropriate and competitively priced.
Regardless of whether you operate in a local market or across the country, FMS supports the total cost of ownership by providing a local team to develop, implement, and maintain a fleet plan that will achieve both your financial and operational goals.

Original vendor documents can be attached.
  • In FMS one can have the full lifecycle of a customer (create, chain, activate, de-activate, delete).
Customers data include price lists (parts, labour and services), standard and actual.
FMS allows for PnL per customer
  • In FMS one can distinguish between employee types (i.e, driver, mechanic, manager, etc..)
Depending on the profession FMS keeps 360 degrees information (i.e., licenses, certifications, violations, training, hourly wage, calendar, shifts, etc.)
